I personally had the worst experience at this store location. I walked in last week on Wednesday for my usual grocery run, and let me just say, everyone was so lazy. No one had a clue where anything was, and on top of that, the manager was clueless. They had no sense of direction, and the cashiers don’t even get me started. It’s like they’ve never worked there before. Bro even charged $10.99 per pound for ginger… bro, what? Then they wouldn’t stop checking my bags as if I stole something. I would not recommend this store location at all. I’m going to tell everyone about this. This doesn’t even deserve a 1-star rating. if I could, I would give ZERO stars.
I visited this location today. Dan helped me out, he was super knowledgable and friendly. Love coming to stores where staff are actually knowledgeable on vitamins, supplements etc. Thank you Dan for the great experience :)
There is three ladies who work here in particular two young and one older of Indian descent they keep making my shopping experience here very unpleasant to the point that I will not be back. I will be shopping at Natures Emporium. Instead, these girls should be fired. I don’t know what they get paid to do other than follow customers around and try to block them in aisles one even bumped into me while I was looking at an item.
Clean organized, well trained staff, from vegetables to cosmetics, all organic. Logo is purple! Lots of parking. Lots of carts available. Wheel chair access.
Was accused of stealing for no apparent reason and was let go because they could not find anything on the cctv. People of color are discriminated here. Imagine what else they would be discriminating against - your apparent "organic" food. Enough said. Will never be going here and would spread the word too
A health food store, that does not care about health and knows nothing about it. Produce always past due, or a day away from becoming rotten. i only come here from time to time to support small business. Not anymore, there worse here than my local fresh co and many other places, who still observe medical exemptions for masks. Violating peoples human rights and breaking the law. Also still pushing bull idea of the coof. Staff knows absolutely nothing about heath, people hired must be off the streets mostly teenagers, anyone they can pay minimum wage i guess. Because the few times I asked for customer service was blown away by the absolute lack of knowledge. Don't think there be around too much longer with there higher than literally any other place including amazon.
Breaking the law. Not honoring medical exemptions for people who can't wear a mask is illegal. Do not shop here, they do not respect human rights. And do not respond trying to defend yourself, it is what it is. The law says you have to allow people in with exemptions.
