Advertising sticks that they do not have. Called and they said they had them in stock when they didn’t have them. I speak with Earl the manager he was extremely rude and had zero consideration of our 45mins to their store.
I recently went over to get my son fitted for a goalie set and the staff was great. Specifically a gentleman named Gurjashan who took us through all the different lines and models. A great experience made easy!
I’ve been coming to this location for years and usually receive decent service, but I believe in giving credit where it’s due. Alessia has helped me on multiple occasions and always stands out. She’s genuine in conversation, polite, well-mannered, and incredibly helpful… Just today, I came in on 2 hours of sleep and could barely finish a sentence!! Alessia basically finished them for me lol… She kept everything on track with clear, patient communication.. It’s rare to find an employee who works so hard and stays fully engaged the entire time on the floor. Thank you, Alessia, for the rock-star service. Hard work like yours never goes unnoticed!!
Went here to grab a new hockey helmet, walked over to the cash about to check out when I thought I got one question, thankfully I did that cause I ran into an employee named Nathaniel, and he helped me tremendously, showed me all my options walked me through the pros and cons of all the top branded helmets really laid it out simple easy and effective, even went the extra mile to make sure all my questions were met with answers, ran through the whole store trying to help me, this guy needs a raise cause he is a hard worker, very knowledgeable, I hope if you go here you run into him, he’ll save you time and point you in the best direction there is!
I originally purchased a pair of True HZRDUS 5X skates from the store, but unfortunately experienced significant ankle discomfort after each game. When I called to see if anything could be done, the Skate Manager, Amal, was incredibly helpful and offered a warranty exchange. He allowed me to apply the full amount I had paid toward a new pair of skates that would better suit my needs. I stopped by just before closing, and despite the late hour, associates Chris and another skate specialist took the time to ensure I left with the right pair. Even after I said I was okay with the cheapest option, they patiently explained the differences in skate quality, construction, and long-term performance—emphasizing how the right investment can help prevent injuries down the line. I really appreciate the excellent service and expertise from the entire team. I’m looking forward using my new JetSpeeds in game!
Couldn’t be happier with their service and friendly staff. I had chosen a wrong skate size and although the skates were already sharpened, they accepted to exchange them. Claudio was exceptionally knowledgeable and did his best to get me a pair of skates that fit my feet and skating style.
