Misho was an AMAZING waiter, he was so helpful in helping us decide which foods and drinks were best and he did not disappoint. The vibe here is amazing and honestly Moshi truly played a part in me and my friend having a successful & fun night out !
Great experience at Classic. The vibe was relaxed, the shisha was smooth, and the service really stood out. Misho was our server and he was awesome super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect the whole time. Definitely made the night better. I’ll for sure be coming back.
I Only come here for the tikka and appetizers because it’s that good and it’s a generous amount but I hope you take this feedback genuinely. the place itself is great, but your DJ? He’s okay I wouldn’t call him the most talented though. Definitely not professional. He badmouths slurs the girls that worked there, and his history with some of them at the lounge is well known. True professionalism isn’t limited to the workplace it’s reflected in every action, everywhere. As a business owner yourself, part of running a business is taking criticism without getting defensive even when it hurts and watching you defend him is painful. It’s unjust that your lounge can suffer from poor reviews that are really his fault but the damage falls on you, not him. Sure, you probably won’t let a few reviews cost him his spot as DJ, but sometimes the bad ones are exactly what you need to hear. He has talked down on other DJs and their work while he’s the one collecting nothing but bad reviews. Perhaps this is simply a repercussion and not a personal attack. five years at your lounge isn’t about talent, it’s about friendship. You two vacation together more like inseparable buddies than business partners. The same person you’re protecting this hard is the one everyone knows can’t keep his mouth shut about what goes on behind your lounge doors. all the issues and questionable actions that could have put your business at risk. Your spot has stayed one of Vaughan’s top destinations for 7 years not because of your DJ as he didn’t exist when you launched, but because of the shows, the food, and the overall experience you offer. Just because someone is leaving a review doesn’t mean they have personal reasons. It just means the situation was clear enough that it didn’t need bias to be called out.
I was extremely surprised of how the staff were so nice and polite about everything and tried their best to accommodate to each of my needs.The food is amazing too.
If you’re looking for a spot with great hookah and delicious food, this is the place to be! The atmosphere was perfect for a chill night out, and our Host Stella was absolutely amazing. Highly recommend checking it out!
If you’re a shisha lover, this place is a must! The quality of the shisha is so much better than other lounges I’ve been to. The place was super clean & our server Maryam was such a sweetheart— so friendly & attentive, making sure we had an amazing time. She recommended the Love 66 flavour & now I’m obsessed with it! The food, drinks, & music were all on point— definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!
Celebrated a birthday with a larger group, very accommodating with last minute changes and the food was great was able to purchase bottles as well. will be back, love this place
