Excellent hockey coaching! Very professional and a lot is packed into one lesson. My sons learned a lot in very few lessons. Neda also provides excellent customer service. Lessons are not inexpensive - but you’re paying for ice time as well - especially if you book a private lesson.
Excellent school for kids learning how to skate. Started both kids last August. They did weekly classes in the last 8 months, plus did a March break camp. All excellent. The teachers separate this school over any other. Each week you saw the improvement of the child. Highly recommend.
Not bad skating lessons but I think the teachers need to be a little more hands on with the kids to make sure they are doing the right things. A lot of times I see them just chatting with each other and not personally instructing the children.
My 3 year old daughter had a great time learning to skate. I’ve had her on ice before but wasn’t successful in getting her to skate by herself. After three lessons at Dream Academy she is talking steps on the ice all by herself. She can now chase after a pylon and has even tried to go backwards. I did pay for private lessons but I would note the classes were a good size. The instructors are so kind and patient that my daughter looks forward to skating. She loved it so much I’ve signed her up for the fall program. The office is also VERY helpful. I strongly encourage anyone interested in calling to discuss programs. They helped put my daughter in the correct skating class.
My 4 year old daughter attended the half-day summer camp for the first time this week and I must say that I am very happy! She had never been on the ice until this week and I was very worried/concerned on the first day that she would refuse to go on the ice. The coach for her camp, I believe her name was Noy (sorry if I spelled it wrong!), reassured me every day this week that my daughter was making progress. She was very patient telling me how the day went and what they worked on, etc... When I picked her up at the end of camp today, she showed us a video of the progress she made on the ice. After just one week, I was amazed! My daughter was skating on her own! I am super happy with the coach we got and hope to continue her skating lessons in the fall (ideally with the same coach :))
We enrolled with Ice Dreams Camp a few summers ago. My kids liked it so much we will be returning this year. Their skating skills improved so much in such a short amount of time. Thank you to the team.
