As a new golfer I wanted to share some feedback on SGreen Golf: Their technology in booking sessions and setting up the courses to play are easy to do. In addition, the AI which is part of their premium offering has been helpful.
I am very happy going there and just got a membership . Aside for some guys who don't respect the rules of limiting to 4 people in a room instead of 7 who were loud.
I feel like all the 5 star or even 4 star reviews are from people that have never been anywhere else. This place was clearly slapped together and it seems like no one goes there to upkeep and maintain the place. Our "Premium" bay had a grand total of 9 golf balls, which caused the auto tee to constantly jam. We were forced to collect more balls from other bays - the slope of the ground isn't sloped at all and causes you to constantly manually bring the balls to the collector. The bays are tight and not very relaxing for a group of friends, and the software they use seems dated and inaccurate. After contacting them directly they offered 1 hour free on my next visit, which I appreciate (I guess) but I wouldn't even waste my time. If you want a real SIM experience, go across the street to Golf Live Health & Fitness Club - Everything is Premium there and costs about the same.
Nice facility, easy to book. My only beef is that their needs to be a 10 mins interval… meaning if you book 1hr, it is actually 55 mins, as it takes a bit for a previous person to clear out and no offence but a few mins for the old computers to warm up and get ready…. So a 10 mins lag, (see what I did there) would actually give me the full hour I paid for.
The facility is nice and clean but the simulator needs some work. The screen on one (#107) is a little deformed and sometimes you have to actually go and smooth it out. Also the automated ball setter doesn’t work consistently (pad #103 and #107) if the balls don’t fall neatly into line that feeds it. Again requires you to collect the balls and then manually push them into the slot where they fall into line that feeds the ball setter.
I've recently visited this location a few times and have to say they have a phenomenal setup. It's very clean, easy to operate, and a very welcoming space. I have been to a few indoor simulators in the past and can say that this is the very best one. The simulator technology is very good, providing stunning graphics and realistic gameplay. The AI camera is HD and shows your swing in HD without lagging/glitching etc. The balls are automatically loaded to the tee so it's nice not having place a ball every time you swing. There is no staff on-site. To enter the building, you will need to press the link provided in the email once reserved, and the door shall open once you are next to the door. Maximum four people per bay. Also have a washroom and vending machine on-site. Overall, this simulator offers a great indoor golf experience that is perfect for golf enthusiasts of all levels. I highly recommend this facility and I'll definitely be returning for more rounds and improvement sessions. Good job team.
There is a great place for training and fun. The rooms are neatly spacious. The balls are automatically ready for your hit. Parking is always available for cars.
