I had my Jaguar FPace R sport into the Dealership on Friday. Great service from the time I pulled in until I left. Excellent service. My snow tires put on and a new battery installed. Only put 1 star because zero is not an option. Sales person Shaun was hands down the worst sales person we have ever dealt with. Sold us a pre owned vehicle, promised to rectify some issues and never heard back to numerous emails and messages left. If this is an indication of the entire organization stay far away!
I always have anxiety when something goes wrong with my Range Rover. Not much else, but always with a car problem does this to me. Tibor, my Service Advisor at Coventry North, relieves that. I am just out of warranty now, so it's important to get a wellness check, but not be pushed into anything unnecessary, to get done. I feel comfortable with him handling my car and working with the shop, to solve the "mysteries" of the average Jaguar/Landrover. I've had 6 over the years. I hope he's there for my next visit. Excellent service, and we all need that, this day and age.

not good service at all I bring my car in for a tire change and to check my coolant because the warning sign kept coming on and off .said they didn't have the wheel lock key so it would take longer than usual understandable. but they had me sit there for 5 hours couldn't even give me a shuttle home if it was going to take that long that's the least they could have done. When I got my car they didn't fix things that was supposed to be fixed so I bring it back 2 weeks after that at least thistle they had a shuttle for me. I told Thibor the service agent I need a coolant check and an alignment but on the paper he puts oil check which is the wrong service I didn't ask for an oil check and there was never a problem with the oil that wasn't leaking it was coolant I go to pick up my car they didn't even top up my coolant when I picked up my car. they charged me 800$ for what was supposed to be 2 services so basically 800$ for an alignment And didn't even fix my coolant so im paying now 1300$ at another jag for a coolant unit change, check engine light and a seat put back. but better cooperation and customer service in needed and on top of that the manger said Thibor would call to rectify this misunderstanding it has been 3 days now no call?
It was my first time buying a car and James made the whole buying process easily and effortlessly! He’s very knowledgeable and honest when helping me to pick right the car that meets my need the most. Michael and Annie were very helpful with the paperwork. They made sure everything was clear and to my satisfaction. I definitely would recommend Coventry to my friends and family!
This location has amazing and courteous staff! I went to look for a Jaguar F-pace and I was directed to Sunil. He is an amazing personality and he explained us all the details about the vehicle. He didn't pressurize us. He provided us the details that we needed. We told him we will review and come back with kids to pick the color. He followed up with me professionally and didn't bother us at all. We bought the vehicle and our vehicle will be coming in June 2019. I strongly recommend purchasing warranty on such an expensive vehicle. Everything is electronic now a days and it is worth getting warranty for peace of mind! They need to fix their website. One of the packages that I purchased had different items on the website vs. what I was offered at the dealership. I emailed the customer service but didn't hear back. The website and dealership info should sync and it should be honored if there is a discrepancy.
