Went in for take out for hot and sour soup, the lady first said cash n it would be better and soup was half of the size and it tasted nothing like the soup served. Tasteless n not even salt or spice was there. Literally looked like vomit if a cat. I'm a regular customer by uber, just today went in person as I need my congested nose yo clear. Please tell the chef to keep the regular recipe, s/he is ruining the reputation of your food quality of this place!!

Stopped by this place with a friend after hearing about their rolls—wow, the ingredients are super fresh! The dragon roll was packed with flavor, definitely worth a try.

I’m really disappointed with my order from Taiga Sushi today. I asked for poke bowls with the sauce on the side – instead, they gave me bowls with no sauce at all. I also wanted a karaage chicken bowl, which they don’t make but could do it for me. I was charged for a salmon poke (with no salmon) AND an additional karaage chicken order. Basically, I was charged twice for something I didn’t get. At the very least, if I’m paying the salmon poke price, I should be getting the salmon on the side. This feels unfair and misleading. The food itself was fine, nothing outstanding, but the way the order was handled and the way I was charged left me really frustrated. Won’t be doing this again that’s for sure.

It's a pretty cozy Japanese restaurant. I like to order their fried udon or lunch bentos (teriyaki chicken). I went earlier today and the food was excellent. One of the staff also gave us ice cream on the house. Recommended.

Went for lunch with my husband today. First- and last time for us. We ordered the Gold Sashimi combo, temura shrimp, 3 different non sushi rice rolls. Server was pleasant and friendly. It was sometime after 4pm and the place was empty but cute. I went to the restroom to wash my hands. The floor was filthy. My flip flops were sticking to the floor that looked like it hadnt been washed in ages. The cupboard door handle was hanging off and the greasy garbage can was what appeared to be a garbage lined bucket of a food product like soya sauce. The food: Tempura was good. The rest was impossible to eat. Our Gold Sashimi tray had slices of fish so thick it was like chewing a raw piece of fat. In addition the tray comes with sweet shrimp and Uni. Neither of these items were on the platter. I advised the server that the fish was way to thick and could not be eaten. She smiled. No suggestions on how to rectify the situation let alone notice that 2 of the most expensive ingredients were missing. Then the rolls arrived. Again the fish was too thick, big chunks in the middle, the rolls were way too big and not tighly rolled so the minute you attempted to pick one up the entire filling fell out onto your plate. Not pleasant to eat. Decided my best option was to ask for take out boxes so I could take my fish home and make poke bowls. Still hungry having only eaten a 1/4 of our meal we ordered 5 wings to hold us over and agreed that we would not return. I find it hard to believe that the person who prepared this sushi had ever done it before. We have eaten sushi for decades, all over the world including Japan. This was not sushi. For context I put a measuring tape along the various cuts of fish to demonstrate how poorly prepared the Sashimi was. No 2 pieces were alike and 1 is clearly an inch thick.

The staff are very nice and friendly. Their food tastes delicious and fresh! A couple of my favourites are their salmon sashimi and vegetable fried rice.

We pass by this sushi restaurant everyday and have finally tried it out. All I can say is we should have ordered here much earlier. I am happy they are nearby as their food is great and provides excellent value.
