This was my first time selling jewelry. Steve and Mark were such warm and welcoming people to work with. I didn't feel like I was being pressured or played, they looked at everything in-front of me and communicated with me throughout the whole process of me selling my jewelry. Nothing I appreciate more than honesty. Make sure you book an appointment as its not walk in which was also nicer than walking into a busy place and not getting the full attention of someone. This way, they were able to focus on me and my piece I brought in. Thank you! :) definitely recommend to anyone.
My experience with Mark and Steve from MCD Jewelry was a positive one. They are very professional and transparent as to how they calculate the value of your gold and have the best prices by far. I will definitely be recommending them to my family and friends.
It was by chance that this shop appeared in an unrelated Google search, but am I ever glad for the surprise that way! Yesterday, I had a Rolex and some gold pieces I wished to part with and I couldn't have sold them to a better company and people. To even refer this business as a "pawn shop" in any capacity would be an insult in of itself, imo! They are honest and straightforward, and in this context/line of business, that's very important. I had spoken to Steve over the phone and he was such a delight! You can hear the sincerity and genuiness in his voice alone and, in person, it truly shows! I also had the pleasure of speaking with Mark during my visit and he's amazing as well! Both of these boys are very friendly and personable and I truly felt welcome and at ease. Like advertised, they do everything in front of you and I love that as one of their business features! That alone speaks to their goal of being honest with their clients/customers and thus, fostering good partnerships. You seriously won't regret coming here - whether you're local or from out of town. The trip will prove to be worth it and best of all, you will leave satisfied and not with the feeling of having been ripped off. Need I say more? Go see these wonderful men for yourself! Mark is very knowledgeable about jewelry and made sure to painstakingly go through everything I brought to sell. They also give you a very high price for your jewelry! Which I was extremely grateful for. I highly recommend MCD if you in the market of selling your old gold.
I spoke to Mark over the phone regarding my $6,600 pendant necklace. He quoted me $250 at most and told me I could go online to try and sell it for more but it would take a lot of effort and time. I was very appreciative of his kindness but ultimately I wanted a second opinion. They give me the price I asked for which was way over what Mark had quoted me. Its disappointing to know that people still try to do this. Maybe others who are more experienced with jewelry will get a better service? Who knows.
