Such a wonderful experience! I felt supported and guided the entire way and the communication was amazing. You can tell how much care goes into every detail. I’m beyond happy with how everything turned out and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends and family.
They were really friendly throughout but I just wished they kept up with communication more. There were many delays and setbacks in the process and none of it was communicated until we asked for an update. While missing our original goal date was not a big issue for us, it caused a bit of frustration from being kept in the dark for up to a month at a time before we'd prompt them for an update. They also didn't involve us in choosing the quality of the other gems that went on the ring which resulted in lower grade emeralds that I'd want to replace later. Overall though the ring came out great.
Wonderful experiance , they built a custom engagement ring that my fiancé loved they we're professional and easy to communicate with during the entire process. Would reccomend them to anyone looking for jewelry
Working with Sirah, Rich and Anthony was amazing. They were incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole process.
