My dog loves it here. She is always excited to go to the daycare or to be boarded, and she comes home tired and happy. The staff is very pleasant and informative and they always have time to talk about your dog’s day. I especially enjoy their grooming service. I recommend this daycare, it’s like a second home to the dogs.
Took my dog for a trial at DoggieLand Vaughan and was really disappointed. When we picked him up, he was lethargic and kept drinking water like he was dehydrated. It makes you wonder if they just leave the dogs outside for hours in the heat. There’s no way to monitor them since there are no cameras, which made me really uncomfortable. On top of that, the front desk was rude and didn’t seem to care at all. I’d rather send my dog somewhere I can actually see what’s going on and feel confident they’re being cared for properly.
It was my first time at doggieland.. I went to get information on boarding my pup.. my first impression was that it was clean and well kept.. and I was treated by a friendly staff member who was very informative. I left with the information I needed and an overall great feeling about the care my pup would get at the facility
My dog joined Doggieland since March 2022. He has joined both Daycare and Boarding programs. The staff are sincere and I would sometimes ask how my dog is doing during the stay. However, my dog seems still having a lot of energy after I pick him up everytime. I don't know if he is bored or stressed that he doesn't do anything there. Since I haven't got a chance to see the places, the staff briefly showed me Once on the computer. I just want my dog to get some fun in the daycare especially during his boarding time. ~Kris
I have my first puppy. A Bernese Mountain Dog. It was imperative that while I was at work that my puppy was not left home alone. I went for a consultation at DoggieLand in Vaughan and immediately knew it was a place I could feel comfortable leaving my puppy. The staff at Doggieland are an amazing group of people. They treat my puppy as if it is their own. It was very clean throughout the entire facility. The staff is very knowledgeable which was very important because this is my first dog. I bring my puppy there 5 days a week and have been for about 3 weeks now. I can see a difference in my puppy's behaviour in a good way. I am very appreciative for the staff at this doggieland because I feel confident in the care my puppy is receiving while I am at work. I would recommend this Doggieland to anyone that has a dog.
