Incredible team…professional, skilled, genuinely nice, punctual, accommodative, I could go on and on… Truly beyond happy with Vlad and his team of Alex (few Alexes in the team) and Jesus. Manuel (came in couple of times to give extra help) for the beautiful backyard (patio, sod and river rock work) and the elegant and solid driveway and walkway in the front yard! Vlad, I enjoyed our morning huddle with coffee before start of day. We are very pleased with the outcome and looking forward to enjoying the backyard and an easier snow season in the front yard. I had Alterra Landscaping build a new patio at my place, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The Team- Konstantin, Igor, and Gobis- did an incredible job. The interlocking and retaining wall was done very well and professionally- and quickly as well. They helped design and added the inspiration for the greenery- the cedars and lightning was their touch! The really took an idea and brought it out in reality better than we expected. Their price was the best out of all the contractors I reviewed, and on top of that, they were extremely responsive and open to any changes I requested along the way. The was also very friendly and easy to work along with. Alex and his team did our backyard patio, front paver path, stone edging, backyard planter install etc. Special thanks to Igor and Ruslan - they have done the paver laying, edging and sloping with perfection and now it looks so good. I did couple of changes and Alex just kept on accommodating....the price was fair, they completed the project in 1 week and worked on Saturday... I am happy I contacted Alterra!
I was very happy with the professionalism, quality and attention to detail provided by Alex, Vlad and team. Alterra built multiple retaining walls, interlocked my driveway, put fresh sod in my backyard (after levelling it) and built/repaired some fences. All of this work was done in less than 2 weeks.
