This is my second service visit from On The Spot Mower Repair. They repaired my pressure washer couple months ago and it’s running great. Bill the technician was at my home to repair my snow blower that hasn’t been running well for quite awhile after being serviced by local well known establishment small engine shop. Bill found a completely blocked jet in the carburetor and took it all apart cleaned it out and it’s now running very well. Started first pull easily. Thank you Bill for your excellent service. Connor showed up early (which is great as I now have my afternoon free). Quickly determined the issue and explained what I can do to avoid it in the future. My snowblower is fixed and I'm ready for our next storm. I'll definitely call back in the spring to get my lawnmower tuned up

Frank is great, he gets 5 stars for fixing my lawn mower and snow blower, the guy really knows his stuff and has great customer service. Gavin gets 1 star for scheduling pressure and billing errors.
I set up a call and someone came over and put the snowblower in the truck to fix it. Did not take too long and then helped me understand rhe issue. Great service and excellent communication.
Worst company to deal with. Their technician Connor is rude. After paying for service on my riding mower I could tell it had not been greased as specified on quote. The steering wheel squeaked as soon as I started to turn it. I contacted Gavin and he scheduled Connor to come back. Connor was a no show and he eventually called to yell at me for complaining. He’d come back if I paid him $800-$900! I complained again to Gavin and asked him to send a different technician as I felt Connor would deliberately ruin my machine. Gavin has never responded to my request.. is Connor actually a licensed small engine repair technician? Doubt it. Check out Yelp for reviews. You will read the same poor service reported there. Beware of this company!
