I went to toop lounge for the first time for my wife’s birthday with some of her friends and family. I must say this club is so good. Music was some real Afro beats that they don’t play much where I’m from in Quebec. One girl who was helping us Sana or Hana was her name very nice girl good customer service. She was always checking on my wife and her friends/sister asking if we needed anything and kept our section clean and stock up. When I come back to Toronto I will def visit again.
Toop lounge is one of the top clubs for me in Toronto if not Canada; From the warm welcome by the Security Guards to the exceptional hospitality of the bottle service girls and DJs that know their stuff. It’s always a vibe at Toop, a club I call home.
Top notch lounge. I would highly recommend. It’s always a 10/10 for me. I did my birthday last year at Toop and would surely do it again this year at Toop.
It was my first time coming to this club, and I had a great time. the vibes where there and I enjoyed myself a great mix of guys and girls which was a plus. The bottle girls were nice attractive and fun. The only thing was the bathrooms it was small and men and women were walking into the same spaces Which I didn't like, but that's just clubs for you lol. overall I HAD A BLAST will be coming back for sure and the music was on point trendy music was played and it was littttt I would recommend coming there around 12 to avoid line ups unless it’s the summer cause you can talk to people while you wait also security was a little bit rude. They were unorganized and said that my ticket was not valid, even though it was valid, but luckily a nice guy was there and he helped me.
DO NOT GO HERE! This place is beyond unprofessional and filthy. For an event advertised at 9:30PM, they opened the doors for the guests only at 11;30PM making them wait outside for 2 hours just because the dj was running late. The bathrooms smelled terrible & there was barely a barrier between the men’s/women’s which left no privacy. From the women’s bathroom you can see the men’s urinals.. not to mention, there was a man in the WOMENS bathroom handing out paper towel which was extremely uncomfortable. The bathrooms were very dirty and there’s barely room for leg space while using the toilet and to open the door. The staff were extremely rude and took no accountability for anything. 30 minutes into the event while ordering drinks we were told they ran out of vodka and refused to serve us, saving the bottles only for people who bought booths. The security at the door also were charging different cover prices to different people which was straight up a scam. The quality of the music/speakers were terrible. Sounded so grainy and blown out. By far the most terrible event space/club I have ever been to. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME COMING HERE, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.
Horrible experience here. Horrible sound system, Extremely unprofessional and rude management. Place is very run down. Couches all have burn marks. I could go on and on, but don’t waste your time and money here.
There is always fake event every Friday to extort 40dollars from people. most fridays is 40$. the fake event is always organized by Jamaicans in collaboration with the club management, i am sure they share the money together and print hand bands. there is no special performance, just birthday/group and they will call it event and charge 40cad entry. if it is cover charges for admission then call it what it is. the club doesn't look safe.
