I bought a piece of luggage at the Vaughan Mills store this morning. I have to commend you for the expert, caring, and sweet young lady who served me. She even went to the trouble to show me a bench in the mall where I could rest. I am quite old, with a walker, and needed to sit. I have received good service in this store in the past. They wouldn’t return a suitcase with a scratch that was there when I bought it because it was a display suitcase. The person behind the counter was extremely rude also. There is no point contacting your customer service department because they do absolutely nothing to help
The manager there is not nice she is a asian lady and does not know how to run the store! She needs to be fired and she does not have a good attitude! I recommend finding someone new
We bought some really nice backpacks from here at an amazing price. The promos may not seem like a lot, but there's usually a lot more discounts as you check out.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff was in the market for a new knapsack they have a huge selection and the stuff is very understanding. The original knapsack I liked was an Adidas one for $80 then the sales rep I believe Jason was his name recommended the tracker which was bigger and half the price.
