Save yourself the effort and go straight to Moscone Marble Julie was very patient in helping with design, and went out of her way (on her lunch break no less) when the supplier sent the wrong slab, in order to hand pick and procure the correct slab Their installer, Derek, works clean and treats the jobsite as his own house. There was a small amount of re-work due to my own error, Moscone sent an installer at no additional charge. Moscone Marble is a professional firm and a class act. Fair prices & good people.
While my experience was initially great with this company, I have tried to contact them numerous times for a product which I have put a deposit on and they stopped communicating with me. I placed a deposit in 2021 during covid times. Things fell through with the builder we were using and one of the sales clerks was very kind to hold the product for me while we were left scrambling to finish the project ourselves. After about a year and inflated covid prices it became very clear that we could not afford the rest of our renovations and would no longer be moving forward with our project. I started to ask for the money back (Over $2000) however the builder had paid for it so they refused to discuss any matters with me. I reached out to the builder and provided him with a copy of the cheque and he received the financials on his end to show proof of payment. The company has not made any attempts to resolve the issue after numerous requests and are now ignoring the builder when he attends the store or makes inquiries about it. Almost 4 years have passed. I had a newborn at the time so I was not in the right frame of mind to try and recoup the money, however since January 2024 I've been actively calling and emailing Nina and having the builder attend to try and resolve the issue however it's now December and still no response from Nina or the company.
