Very bad experience in the store I will not recommend people to go and fix there car there bad service management bed service they lie alot and charging too much never going back there and recommend everyone who have mazerati go to regular mechanic going be more cheaper and better service
FOR THE PAST 3 DAYS IVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL THIS DELAERSHIP'S PARTS DEPARTMENT AND IVE BEEN PUT ON HOLD EVERY SINGLE TIME FOR 15MINS+. ITS SO BAD TO A POINT THAT I HANG UP. I GUESS ILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
Hey This is a very interesting thing because I didn't actually intend to buy the car.. I was just there to inquire.. But when I met timothy I told him the model of the car I wanted Although this car wasn't exactly what I ultimately desired but his expertise speech patience convinced me that the car he recommend was exactly the one I was looking for.. Explained everything before taking my Maserati for a misfire diagnosis and was charged for few hours but nothing was done. They just returned the car back ,took payment and mentioned the same stuff I had told them, plus they added notes about stuff that was totally incorrect. I should sue them in court ..ridiculous waste of time and money and shameless scamming folks.

There is no respect to the customers at all. We had to stand for more than 5 minutes for some one to say hi. Even though there was a nice group chat within 4 of them in the front of the reception. Didn't find there is a friendly service at all. Don't know if they really want to sell something for someone.
