Really great service and clothes! Great variety of maternity clothes. Jennifer spent her time walking me through my first time buying maternity clothes, which really helped put me at ease. Will definitely be back if I need more clothes! Great store.
Visited the store on a Saturday afternoon and could not be happier with our experience. The variety of clothing was perfect for our needs and was high quality. The service we were provided with was above-and-beyond. She helped us every step of the way.
My MIL and I went here once I hit the end of my second trimester when I couldn’t fit my normal clothes. Jennifer was extremely helpful and we had a ton of success finding a maternity wardrobe.
I was waiting in line to purchase an item while the salesperson or owner of the store kept talking to the couple in front of me. Even though the store was closing in a few minutes, the lady kept talking to the couple for about 10 minutes not acknowledging that I was waiting in line. This is not good customer service. When the couple finally left, I asked the salesperson when they will get the pants I liked in my size in stock again, and her response was vague. She said that the store will receive it in 2 weeks. I asked her if she knows what day it will be. She said, “No.” I asked if they can put it on hold for me as this was my second time visiting the store for the same item, and her response was that she can’t do that. Meanwhile, I overheard her tell the couple who was in front of me that she will call them when the item they requested will arrive in the store. That was a disappointing experience.
What an amazing experience!!! Cindy did her absolute best helping me find a dress for my baby shower….. definitely recommend to any expecting mother ! 5 star experience
Wonderful experience! I couldn't be happier with the items purchased and the staff was absolutely amazing! I struggle with shopping for clothes even prior to pregnancy and was quite pleased with the selection. Thank you! Highly recommended!!
By far the best maternity store in Toronto. Great selection of jeans and cute dresses. They have just what you need to make you feel glamorous during your pregnancy. Stephanie is always super helpful, without being too pushy. Overall, a wonderful place to shop, even if you’re not prego :)
