I’ve been a customer for over a year now, and I’ve never been disappointed. The staff is always ready to help, and the products are reliable and durable. They made the ODSP (Ontario Disability Support Program) application process so smooth. They deliver straight to my house at my request and I have products that make my life easier.
I have been visiting the diaper warehouse for almost 10 years now, for everything my parents required or things I could use to assist in looking after them. The staff I became friends with, are very knowledgeable and have educated me throughout the years on products sold by them as well how to find what they did not carry. With the recent passing of my father (mom previous), I will change my purchases to other items, but still find a reason to go say hi. If your life requires you the need to purchase the items they sell, I would suggest no better place to purchase them. Thank you Diaper warehouse for your assistance throughout the years. Brian
The warehouse has all your home health care needs the staff was friendly with amazing customer service and all the prices were at my price range would recommend!!!!!
There are lots of diapers for both baby and adult. Service is great here. Personel knows their products and advices well especially for elderly adults. Prices are very reasonable especially compared to the big brand names at Shoppers. Presto is a great diaper. Of course there are also the accessories that go with diaper care. i.e. wash clothes, powders, You won't regret your visit to this shop. There are even wonderful knit sets of the littles.
