My daughter was in a car accident 6 weeks ago. She owed Northstar 8 more months of payment Her insurance company offered Northstar their full payment. Northstar took 1000.00 more then what was owed..now, they got their money and keeping my daughter from getting her money .they ended up taking 1000.00 more then they should have. They were nothing but trouble and caused much stress and grief. And even tho the cheque was made out to her and Northstar, Northstar still deposited the Cheque without her signature or any endorsement from my daughter.
Rosanna went out of her way to best assist me and it meant a lot. She went the extra mile and helped me find a car in a short period of time. She was very supportive. Northstar overall has one of the best customer service team.
Not good leasing company, This company harassment all the time I should report this company, I had the vehicle over 7 years now, had troubles making payments but they get the money payments, now has of today’s date December 7th, 2018, Northstar acceptance says the balance of the vehicle is $775.30.someone said to me that I should go and talk to someone Legal about this problem troubles that I’m getting with this company. And the vehicle is a Lemon I had problems with vehicle so much has going wrong every since that I got the vehicle on December 23, 2011, that’s the date, that I picked up the vehicle. And now the value is gone it’s away Too old and it’s a Lemon 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe, I put a lots of money in to this vehicle. The transmission went first we got it and The starter went too about the four stater timing belt, mascara for sensor all the sensors And there’s a whole a leak of the vehicle Sitter sitter wheeler problems I was so mad that’s why had troubles keeping up making payments because it seems That the vehicle always had a problem Not just having a Job low income big mistake by getting this vehicle at first I should’ve did my research or do vehicle background check about the vehicle now i know not to make the same mistakes about vehicles what vehicle to get. What a lemon. I’m so disappointed about this vehicle.
