Chris was very helpful with info on the Corbin seat for the k16. He gave me all the information I needed to make the purchase. I don't have to send the seat pan down to the usa and deesl with customs. Seamless transaction. I highly recommend dynamic since it was a pleasure to deal with them. Incredible customer service! 6/5 stars! Chris was always quick to respond to emails and was extremely accommodating and understanding when I had an issue with a faulty part I had ordered. ***Note: The issue with the part was not caused by Dynamic Cycle Parts Inc. Nonetheless, Chris took it upon himself to sort everything out and was top-notch throughout the entire process.
