Horrible service the technician said all my grease nipples were blown out we can’t grease your van 11 grease nipples on the van. I went to this place last time different technician greased all the nipples great service. This time was so mad will not go back again unless that same technician is there. .
The person who attended to me was very nice and polite. The did my oil change and checked other fluids. However, a headlight and brake light bulbs cost me $50 for a 2009 Hyundai Elantra and I think the cost was too high. I was not happy about that hence the 4 star.
First time at this location. Amazing and fast service. Identified and shown an issue with a cracking serpentine belt, a serious issue, which I really appreciated! Resolved an issue with the hood latch as well. Quoted $105 for a synthetic oil change, which is about right. 5 stars, will return 100%.
Came here yesterday for the first time and I have to say it was great. They checked all the fluid levels, tire pressures etc I was in and out in less then 15 mins and everyone was super friendly. Was an overall great experience I will go back.
After using this service for my last 15+ oil changes I was surprised with the treatment, especially for the cost of service. After following instructions during entry I was surprised to have an employee come around and try and lecture me as if I was a child about him not approving of my steering (done at the direction of the other employee) Customer service was awful compared to other previous visits which is a shame because the service typically was never an issue.
These people are great. Explain what they are doing, quick and thorough, and showed me old filter and new. Price is a bonus, very reasonable. Great work! Keep it up!
