Very good service at La Look Optical. Staff is very professional and having positive energy. Services offered are awesome Like eye exam, prescription glasses, etc.. Also variety of frames are available I would recommend to visit the store.
This is by far, the best and only Optical I go to for my glasses and contacts. Within the years, I had broken my glasses and they have done an amazing job in putting it back together perfectly. Excellent service, very fast when ordering contacts & glasses. Very helpful in teaching how to put contacts in as well! Lastly, they were able to find the glasses I liked online to order them in store. I am impressed & satisfied with this service. Strongly recommend going to this company!
North America Centre location, suggest only go for sunglasses as they are terrible with prescription glasses, especially if it is progressive and transition, worst customer service, they cannot even adjust the frame, price is lower than other places but service is the most important matter when one pays $430 for a lens and still not happy
The saleslady is extremely nice and cares very much about her customers' satisfaction. I've always had great experiences here -- she even fixes my glasses if they need some repairs. The frame choices are very good and the prices are reasonable -- you can find some very interesting and unique looking frames. I always come here to buy my frames.
