Absolutely horrible customer service. I went in looking to buy a jacket and was not acknowledged by anyone. I understand all businesses are short employees at this time but that is no excuse for the ignorance on 1 employees part. (Jay). After I had a word with him and told him I will not be buying a jacket here because of the fact of the customer service and his horrible attitude I was then told to never return back to the store by Jay as he in his words doesn't like being talked down too when in fact the only comment mentioned was my disappointment in the customer service and that I will not buy a jacket there I then had a conversation with the manager (Rashid) and told him what had happened he informed me that they are getting ready for a big day and that is the reason that no one was able to assist me. I then informed him that is no excuse for horrible attitudes and customer service. Then I began to walk away. And as I was walking away again Jay had proceeded to say look at Mr big tough guy walking away. At this point I just continued to walk and as I was walking I told him he should get a new attitude to deal with customers instead of trying to provoke physical altercations with people
I Don't give 5 stars... But you've really earned every star on this review. You've also earned a big respect and life time customer! Thank you for your help and the amazing collection!
This is our fourth purchase from them. Authentic jackets with great prices. Customer service is impeccable. They also do special orders if they don't have the style, colour, or size you're looking for - and better priced than the brand's retail stores. Very happy I found them, I definitely will be purchasing more in the future.
I purchased a Moose Knuckle jacket from this store and the strings in the hood kept getting snagged and stuck. When I brought it back looking for assistance I was told "I don't know what you expect me to do" and that the manufacturer would do nothing before being sent on my way. I reached out to the manufacturer and they were more than happy to help. The best part is in store I was told "I see this all the time" meaning he consciously sells jackets which he's aware have problems.
I got a mackage and a pjs jacket from this store and have to say, I was already impressed with the level of service of the staff.. then i had to deal with the manager Rashid and was blown away by the depth of his knowledge about not only the products they carry but about all high end jackets... he also doesn't try to to upsell you which my wife and I liked... he just tells you what's what... super cool dude.. all in all, we highly recommend this place.. its worth the money
