Excellent staff. Just wasn't happy with my dr. He never told me exactly what was going on and when he injected a needle without any warning. I could of moved. His assistant was much better. It's good to speak to the patient and tell them ahead what is about to happen. Very nervous I was to begin with. Without any warnings I had no idea when it was going to be inserted, etc. Sadly I'm not going back. Was a far drive to begin with but I heard good reviews. Maybe other Dr's are better. The doctor was also wonderful — I really appreciated their honesty and the time they took to explain everything clearly. I have been coming here for years , the staff are very friendly and amazing, Dr.Sathiaseelan is the best doctor hands down and has been tremendous help with my pain management he’s very friendly and very knowledgeable. I recommend him to all my friends and family or anyone that has any issues with pain.

The Vaughn pain clinic has been a life changer for me. Being young and having serious back issues my options to treatment are somewhat limited. Dr. Chan and the clinic staff have been amazing. They take time to address your issue and answer any questions you may have. The only downside is that often the wait times are long, but that is something out of their control. The level of service definitely makes up for this problem. I have mentioned this clinic to multiple people and highly recommend them. Overall amazing experience.
