First off this paint store is fabulous! Point on the recommendations for my Reno projects for myself and customers. However, my last visit was really strange. I was helps by someone whom was not a regular. The conversation went a bit flat (from both a tone and body language from the person behind the counter) when I said would like to stick with an eggshell finish. For the first time in that shop I felt like I was being integrated. Anyway, both regular paint mixer associate and other staff greeted me and said have a great day.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! The help my husband and I received from Olivia and Mike was unmatched. It’s rare to walk into any retail establishment these days and receive such amazing customer service. Olivia was incredibly knowledgeable and took her time helping us. We weren’t pressured into anything and left with more information than we thought possible. Thanks to Olivia and Mike’s help we were able to make decisions faster than we anticipated and returned the next day to buy what we needed. We had an equally enjoyable experience on our second visit as well. All of the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. 10/10 recommend this place! We will absolutely be returning.
