Got the chicken pho (ordered through skip) and I was shocked at how little chicken I got. It tastes just ok but does not compare to other pho places. Disappointed in the meat serving.
I absolutely love this place. As a newbie to the cuisine, VRolls really surprised me. I haven’t had one thing at this place that I didn’t like. I find myself coming back multiple times a week, it’s that good. The food is fresh and delicious and the staff are friendly and prompt. This is my new go to spot!
Came here specifically to try their Satay soup and it was an absolute disgrace. The server brings me a bowl of regular beef pho, I ask her "what is this?" And she responds "Satay soup". I look at the bowl and inform her that satay soup should have a thicker broth and is orange/red in colour and often contains garnishes including peanuts, cucumber, pineapple, and sometimes tomatoes. She notices that the soup in fact is not the satay I ordered so she takes it to the back and comes back 20 seconds later with a spoon of satay sauce dumped in the bowl. To add insult to injury they forgot to serve us the tea we ordered and never even provided water until we asked twice.
I chewed on a Rock that was found in a spring roll, which could have severely damaged my teeth, and workers only compensated by giving 10% discount. First and last time visiting.
The food is excellent!! I eat here at least once a week. The pho, the pork belly bao, the pad Thai and the tofu and veg are all delicious and the service is always cheerful and optimistic. I feel lucky to have this place nearby.
Terrible service, terrible food. Found a bug in my food and so did the table beside me. Didn’t even get a sorry or anything, tried to make me pay for the food with a bug inside. AWFUL
Went this place almost every week since last November because there're not many Asian restaurants nearby. Food, price and service level are just ok. Sometimes, the pho soups were so salty or the desserts were too sweet. Could be better.
