I booked an appointment at Physiotherapy @ Woodbridge after dealing with severe neck and back pain that wasn’t improving through other treatments. As someone who had never tried physio before, I wasn’t sure what to expect - but my experience exceeded anything I could have hoped for. Carol was incredibly open, compassionate, and truly genuine. She took the time to understand what was going on, explained everything clearly, and treated the issue with real care. She also walked me through several practical options and exercises to help prevent the pain from returning, which gave me so much confidence moving forward. What stood out the most was that there was absolutely no pressure, just honest support and a focus on how I was actually feeling. The rest of the team, including Josie and Derek, are always warm, friendly, and welcoming at every visit. Overall, an exceptional experience. I highly recommend!
I have been receiving physical therapy for about four weeks, and the UCC Physiotherapy Clinic team and therapist Mrs. Kesha have been very professional and thorough in addressing my condition and guiding me throughout the process. They are implementing a very effective and well-designed program. The entire team is friendly, warm, kind, and helpful. The clinic environment is clean, and the equipment is adequate. I am very disappointed with this clinic. I had to use my massage coupon before end of year. They cancelled my appointment on last minute. Plus they did not gave any refund or further appointment. !! Rude staff!!
I started visiting Physiotherapy@Woodbridge for chronic foot and back pain. I worked both with Derek Mernagh for physiotherapy for my foot and Dr. Mandeep Banwait for chiropractor rehabilitation and adjustments for my back/shoulder blade. Both were incredibly informative, caring, kind and patient. They listened to all my concerns and gave me the best treatment possible for an ideal outcome. I started to notice lasting improvements after a couple of weeks, but always left their office feeling relief from pain. What I really appreciate about this practice is that they don’t spend most of your time and money showing you exercises, they actually do treatment to help lessen the pain. They do explain and give you exercises to practice at home but the combination of their treatments and exercise recommendations is what makes this practice standout. I received laser therapy, dry needling, and shockwave therapy. They always explained the effects of the methods before doing anything and always asked about my pain tolerance. Nothing was ever too painful; communication was always key at this clinic which allowed me to really understand my pain and how to better mitigate it at home. After about 6 weeks, I can confidently say that the pain that brought me into their office has substantially subdued. They have never tried to sell me treatment that I don’t need, and they take a very patient first approach. For everything they do the prices are cost-effective. I highly recommend this office, its a clean, well-organized, and a comfortable environment.
Derek and Aj are great to deal with very friendly and knowledgeable. I came in for a sprained ankle and Derek took the time to determine how severe it was, after every session I felt my ankle get better and better.I would highly recommend anyone to go see Derek and the team
If you really need some good advise about any physio related problem Derik is the guy who can help you I had pain in my right leg he treated me very well and best to share about him that he is not greedy he will only suggest you minimum appointment as you needed .
