5:00 made order, told them 6:15 pick up. Unfortunately, after arrival, they lost my order and I have to wait another half hour to re order. Horrible experience. Last time order here.
I had an amazing experience at this store last night. The pizza was absolutely delicious, especially the panzerotto, and the service was top-notch. Nature of the girl was very good.
Lots of variety for walk in slices and specials they have slice cards similar to tim hortons, you get a stamp every time you purchase a slice after the sixth one you can get a free slice, definitely worth it, also wonderful staff, very patient when it comes to answering all questions. I would definitely recommend this Pizzaville location.
I came into the store and the store was brighter, cleaner and very friendly staff. I think there is a change in new management. The slices were fresh and their pizza were amazing.
Best Pizzaville in the GTA, easily. Super fresh toppings, friendly customer service by the owner and his family and the employees as well, we always get our pizza for our team from this location, it’s very nice and they have the best pizza/panzerotti/sides from the entire pizzaville chain of restaurants. I've been ordering for months, but after this experience I will never be ordering from here again. For starters I recieved burnt garlic knots. I then called customer service for a refund, they had told me a driver would pick up the knots and give me my money back. A couple minutes after I recieved a call from this store saying they would replace them instaed. As I was eating these I then noticed a hair in garlic knots. This is so disgusting, you would think that they would pay special attention to a replacement order, but I guess not. After coming on here to write this review I've noticed that this is an ongoing issue, the same black long hair in their food. If you'd like to order hairy and unsanitary food order here. 0/10 LEARN TO USE A HAIRNET COOK YOUR FOOD RIGHT.
Amazing Pizza great experience. We were delivered a mouth watering delicious Pizza to Kleinburg Ontario and I highly recommend this pizza place. I believe this location goes above and beyond to satisfy their clients. Thanks for your delicious pizza.
