I had such an amazing experience at Torrid in Vaughan Mills, all thanks to Danae! I saw a sparkly silver top and unfortunately it was not the size I wanted, other Torrid stores we checked it was out of stock. I was starting to lose hope, until Danae found my size on display. Then, to my absolute surprise and delight, she personally called me back immediately after I left the store to let me know she found my size! I couldn’t believe service like this still exists. Danae’s kindness, dedication, and genuine desire to help made my day. She turned a frustrating search into a wonderful experience, and I’m so grateful for her effort. If you shop at Torrid Vaughan Mills, ask for Danae, she’s truly exceptional!
After an amazing experience at a Torrid in Florida, I was happy to go to another one, as we don’t have those stores where I live. When I entered, two employees were chatting at the cash and did not greet me. I stayed for a good 20 minutes, and nobody came to see if I needed assistance. Those two girls kept on chatting without acknowledging the presence of clients, without caring for the disorder in the store — and boy it was cluttered and untidy! At the end I even walked past them on my way to the exit, and they did not even bother to look at me. How can that store still be in business?
I just wanted to thank Lisa for the great experience. She was so helpful and we found a great pair of jeans. Unfortunately they were a little bit too big, but I really appreciate her time and effort helping me.
Had a nice experience shopping here today. I went early to avoid people and was able to comfortably look around. The employee was friendly in starting a fitting room for me and asking how I was doing but in a non pushy way which I really appreciated! Thank you so much!
Just randomly passed by the store today and decided to pop in. Really great customer service, variety of clothing, and good quality clothes. Stephanie helped me right away and guided me through promotions and sizes, asked if I needed any help several times. Any time I needed anything, Stephanie was available and so pleasant. She helped me pick out some things I needed assistance with very quickly. She knew just what would be a fit. Thank you, Stephanie, for your amazing customer service. This was my first time ever shopping at Torrid. I will be back for sure. Highly recommend this store, everything is clean, all signage is clear, staff are fantastic, and clothes quality is excellent. A+++++++
I’ve always gone here for the clothing and shoes/boots . I love that Torrid has been a company that Plus size woman can get nicely styled clothing and feel great. I’m a business owner ( plus size) and I love to be in business to help plus size woman feel good about themselves. I was in first thing on Black Friday. The store was not busy - only a few people. One of their staff ( with blonde hair) was not helpful at all. I asked for a new pair of boots - as the ones on the shelf had several stains on it them. I was told - “ that’s the style “ - “it’s supposed to look like that”. She wouldn’t go to the back to get a new pair. I wanted to also go up a size in a different black pair she brought me. I didn’t bother asking her. I just took them as I needed them for an event. Pretty bad that you just take what they have because sizing in other stores can be an issue for bigger sizes or I would have gone somewhere else. Completely disappointing!
Great clothes for bigger girls, sometimes I find it overpriced, but they always have sales & deals on that make up for it. The staff are some of the nicest people I've ever met in retail!
