Dr. Clausi has been a fantastic doctor for my 95 year old grandfather. He is very supportive, gentle, knowledgeable, and provided recommendations of shoes that we bought online that have made all the difference in my grandfather’s comfort. He prioritizes his clients and what’s best for them over anything else because he could’ve made a sale of his own shoes but instead gave us a recommendation of a better suited shoe for my grandfather that has been a game changer. His staff are very accommodating and are always greeting you with a friendly face. I have had an extremely positive experience and am so thankful for his practice. I couldn’t recommend him enough. This is the second time they could not find my appointment. The first time after the help of an other person they find my appointeme t I waited over 50mn had to rebook for 2.30pm the same day the Dr was on time. Very good advises. My second time again they could not find my appointement. They have a serious problem with their front desk. The Dr was not even in. No apologies rom them.the attitude was to bad I gave up. Pros: Good care by excellent chiropodist. Office clean and professional and they take care of their patients Con: wait wait wait wait wait. I have been there several times and they are constantly running behind. The longest I waited was nearly 1.5 hours. Sorry but that in unacceptable. If you are running late, call your patients so that they don’t have to sit around waiting. My time is also important.
Very inconsiderate doctor. Does not respect appointment times. Waited for over an hour. I was the second person to skip their appointment while there. I can’t imagine starting a relationship with a doctor that will overrun an hour or hour and a half for each appointment for the rest of my life. But I guess if you’re busy and people will come then why change your ways?
Worst Clinic Ever!!!! They charge only to suggest buying orthotics (insanely expensive) knowing that I needed the orthotics beforehand because I am wearing them right now. Not recomended to anyone
