Been getting take out from here for way over 10yrs, the food never disappoint. We always get their large size hot sauce as it pairs so well with almost everything.
Red Rooster was quite underwhelming. The food lacked flavor, with no real spices or standout taste, making it feel very average compared to the competition that are minutes away. There wasn’t anything memorable or exciting about the meal, and it simply didn’t meet expectations. If you’re looking for bold flavors, you might want to look elsewhere. Items tried: Grilled chicken French fries Caesar salad Pastel de nata
I ordered 4 pounds of wings which were delicious, as usual. The fries however were incredibly oily and gross. See below. Disappointed the restaurant would offer these fries.
I drove over an hour to try this place and was extremely disappointed. The chicken is of poor quality and most likely wet chilled. It was so overcooked that it felt like cardboard. The rice was undercooked and not seasoned well. Only good is the potatoes and sauce. Sorry guys you gotta do better.
Food is inconsistent. The chicken needs to be thicker and not so dry. I have ordered so many times and some times the chicken is paper thin and dry and sometimes it is perfect. The portions are also getting smaller than before. I understand food costs to the restaurant but as a paying customer, I also want value.
Their chicken is excellent. Had a salad as well and the best dressing I have had in a while. I forgot how good they were. Been a long time since I had Red Rooster Chicken
Says open until 8 but they stop taking dine in orders at 7.30 with no description of that anywhere online . Drove 35 minutes and sped there just to be turned down . Will never come back here again.
