As recommended by our contractor Tamarack Windows and Doors (excellent installation) we chose sturdy black exterior / white interior “Aspekt 1800”windows and patio door supplied by this company. Contractor was advised that one window glass on main floor had a scratch, to be replaced shortly. During installation, Contractor noticed minor paint scruffs on the patio door frame. Scratched window glass and patio frame replaced today by Lou of Euro + glasshaus, who is excellent! Thank you! We are very happy with new windows and patio door!
I had a technical problem that I needed help with to fix a frame for my window. Although I am not sure if they were the manufacturer of my windows they were very kind and helpful in finding the solution to my problem. Very nice people!!!
terrible customer service. Called multiple times and even spoke with owner. Tried to get replacement window parts and he never got back to me even after several attempts. Not a good thing when the window is broken. I would never recommend this window company especially when the terrible customer service comes from the owner of the business. Will never recommend this brand of windows to anyone.
