Today needs to be open here. It shows opening at 9 am. I waited 40minutes for nothing. End of the part one rude staff came and said you cannot pickup your materials today. Why If the store close today, you cannot show the working day on Google. It's first and last time deal for us.. I’m replying here to the owner’s comment. Anyone who genuinely wants to understand this issue would review that day and speak with the staff who were at the store. Whether or not my name was on the list should not have been used as an explanation for what I wrote. Once again, you’ve proven that my one-star review was justified.

After meeting with 3 fence companies we decided to hire Allure Aluminum to install 2 gates with adjoining fence. Adam provided us with a fair quote, answered any questions, was timely with communications and very accommodating with scheduling. Mike the lead installer was very professional in communicating with us throughout the installation with questions such as post placement, etc. He seemed to take pride in wanting to do a good job in the installation. We are very happy with the product (gates and fence look great) and the overall experience.
Great experience with Allure. Roy was very professional in every step of the process. We had our porch railings & house balcony railings replaced. Stewart, his subcontractor did an amazing job and even fixed a minor hole a week after our project was completed - very professional. Highly recommended.
Just had our fence installed by Allure Aluminum and no words can express on how great it was to deal with them... From the initial meeting with Adam, who took time to find out exactly the look and usage we were looking for, to dealing with the office on scheduling, and finally the installers who were complete professionally, clean, and courteous, and with the final outcome, we were extremely satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get this product installed!!!
The company was very professional. We were told immediately 6-8 weeks due to material shortage, (not the company’s fault) just like everything else with products. But installed very quickly and flawlessly. Could not be happier with the way it turned out.
We ordered two gates from this company and regret the purchase. It simply was not worth the aggravation of dealing with such an unknowledgeable and unprofessional company. My double gates were not measured or built correctly. They do not close in the summer when the aluminum expands. We will be disassembling everything ourselves and we will make some custom 3D printed hinges that will replace the current hinges to improve the fit. The staff was incompetent from sales (specifically Eli Amir), scheduling and installation. If you hire them you will get to experience this intimately. We were so frustrated and exhausted with having to deal with Eli and the installer, we just asked them to get off our property and leave us the enormous mess to fix on our own. If you contract anyone else, we doubt you could find worse.
