Was looking for a ramen restaurant in the area and decided to try Midori. We order 2 ramen and 2 appetizers, the appetizers were fresh and nothing bad to say however the ramen was not edible at all except the meat. Noodles were starchy and tasted undercooked had to wash it down with a drink every time because it had a flour residue in our mouth, soup wasn’t as hot and got cold with 5 mins. This was the main thing we were here for and couldn’t eat it at all even tried forcing ourselves. Overall we paid $60 for everything, kinda regret coming here for ramen.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Midori Ramen. We called ahead to confirm a table, and they promised it would be held — but when we arrived, they had already given it away. No apology, no effort to fix the situation, just a dismissive “nothing we can do.” We had four kids with us, and they couldn’t have cared less. The lack of honesty, organization, and basic customer respect was shocking. If this is how they treat families who plan ahead, it says a lot about their priorities. Won’t ever return, and I’d strongly caution others before wasting their time here

I recently visited Midori Ramen and tried their signature Tori Buta, and this wasn’t just a bowl of ramen, it was a carefully composed flavor experience. The broth is richly fatty, but purposefully so. It’s deep, velvety, and full of umami, with a buttery richness that lingers just long enough to let every layer of flavor unfold. It tastes like it was simmered slowly and thoughtfully, not simply prepared. The pork slices were beautifully tender, gently seared, and incredibly juicy. Soft, mildly smoky, and full of flavor, they didn’t just sit in the bowl, they belonged there. The marinated egg was a standout: creamy center, silky texture, and perfectly seasoned, more than a topping, it was an essential part of the harmony. What impressed me most was the balance, the broth is rich and fatty, yet never heavy. Every element contributes to the taste rather than just decorating the bowl. Midori Ramen is not just a place where ramen is made, it’s a place where flavor is genuinely respected.

I tried Midori Ramen and went for their Signature Tori Paitan. The broth was really flavorful and super rich — definitely on the thicker side and very filling, I was full for hours. For appetizers we ordered the tako wasabi, which was really interesting and unlike anything I’ve had before, and the chicken karaage, which was basically juicy, crispy fried chicken and really tasty. Overall, a great spot if you’re looking for hearty ramen and some fun appetizers.

Tried this ramen place for the first time and absolutely loved it. Gave my 2 year old the Mini Buta Don and he loved eating it. Would definitely come back to eat here. The service was also incredible!

Extremely slow service. Took 1 hour for them to serve the most mediocre ramen i had. Id give a credit for the atmosphere but other than that, id give everything else a 0 star review.

Absolutely wonderful experience and delicious ramen! 10/10! The harmonry of land and sea: Surf and turf ramen was delicious! Limited time to Aug31, a must try! And the classic Gyudon. Simply tasteful, delicious, rich and fantastic.
