We suspected our roof needed to be replaced and started looking at options. We reached out to a few contractors looking for a quote and The Roofers were very quick to respond. Ash provided a very impressive quote with different options. He was always available to answer our questions and even drove by with his drone to confirm our shingles were indeed starting to fall apart. He was very easy to deal with and once we made our decision to go with them, he scheduled us as early as possible. The roofing team did a great job. It was all done in 1 day and their prep as well as clean up was great. They were very professional and friendly. Very satisfied with the entire process and workmanship. Our gutters are getting close to replacement as well and we will be going back to Ash when the time is right. We highly recommend The Roofers.
The Roofers recently replaced our gutters, fascia, and eavestrough. Ash was easy going and friendly to deal with. Did a remote quote, there was a hiccup during the install that required more than anticipated labour, but he stayed true to his original quote. The fascia and soffit installer (Reggie?) took his time, was very detail oriented, did a phenomenal job. Even cleaned up at the end of each day. The eavestroughs were installed by other pair of guys after, who also did a great job. There was a cosmetic thing that we were not happy with so I called Ash and he scheduled the installers to come back and change it up, even after having received payment. I cannot recommend the roofers enough, end to end was a great experience.
I was very impressed with Ash, easy to talk to and quickly responded to quote request. He is knowledgeable, polite and promptly addressed all our needs and concerns from beginning to end. The quote he sent was clear & concise outlining all details of roofing installation along with WSIB certification. He promptly returned phone calls or text. Alex & crew arrived at 7 am and started right away. The materials and trash bin were also delivered. They were very professional, courteous & helpful from start to clean up. The work was completed efficiently and to a high standard. I commend Ash, Alex and crew for their amazing work ethic, level of professionalism and skills. The roofers were very professional at all stages of the process from prompt complete written competitive quote, full explanation of the quote, efficient friendly installation of all roof aspects. Was kept informed at all stages of the project. The roofers provide a very good warranty and are licensed, insured and rated highly be BBB and Homestars. It was a pleasure dealing with them.
