We purchased four rugs and were so impressed with the service , professional knowledge and assistance offered by Tricia the sales associate. I would recommend this facility to anyone I knew. The value is exceptional the colours and textures and the overall variety is incredible. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the experience was. We have checked no less than five different rug stores and finally found what we were looking for. Tricia even spoke to us about the room the rug would be in, and how we would be using it in terms of accents and if it would be subject to foot traffic etc… brilliant young lady !

Came to this place during house renovations and walked out with two rugs on the very first day. Their selection is amazing! So many different designs, colours, sizes, etc. We definitely choose this place anytime we need a rug. Other than the selection, the service you receive here is outstanding. Each time we came, Edyn gave us so much time, answered all of our questions, and made sure we found exactly what we were looking for. Even if we have had any issues with the selection, this place has always been more than accommodating. 10/10 recommend!
