I miss the old owner. Mr sub has very distinct toppings and sauces. When I ordered two subs, the toppings looked different. When I asked they said thats what Mr Sub sent them. Pickles, white onions? sub sauce, mayo lettuce all different. Me and my son said both subs tasted like water- no flavor. I rather drive to another location or stick to the consistency of subway
I've been coming to this Mr Sub since I was a teenager. This location is always clean and tidy the restrooms are always clean. The food is always top notch and fresh. I can honestly say I've never had an issue at this location. The staff is always friendly and the level of customer service far surpasses what someone would expect from a chain restaurant. Highly recommend this location. Parking is plentiful and on weekends it's open late.
Zombie Lady Attendant. Didn't seem interested in preparing my sub. I asked for a meatball sub and had to remind her to put sauce and then to heat it up
I asked for cucumber on my sub the man put 4 pieces... so i asked for more. Then he starts complaining because i want so much cucumbers. I only had lettuce and cucumber on my sub. I didnt know they were supposed to limit what you can put on your sub. The guy then told me to go to subway if i didnt like it. Terrible customer service
My girlfriend and I went in on a Saturday night. The lady that served us seemed to be a bit out of it. We got home only to discover that there was raw bacon on our sub. This absolutely unacceptable (raw food should never be served to anyone)
