Have been the to store three times and had a decent experience the first time . However the last two times I was absolutely not satisfied with the service I got . My order is simple a regular assorted with extra tomato onion and lots of hot peppers. On the last two occasions the employee just smiled and acted like they didn’t hear my request for extra vegetables. So today I asked again quite clearly for the extra veg . The lady immediately gave me huge attitude and sprinkled a tiny bit more onion on and even less hot peppers. There was no way I was getting more tomato. This is the last time I will be attending this store and possibly any other Mr Sub location . You can see in the picture the bare minimum was given even if it was a regular order..
100% my favourite location. So friendly and fast that I'll pop in some days just to get cookies. The subs taste great, topping are kept at the right temperature and it is always clean. You can go on your lunch break without taking too much time. Always worth the trip
The washroom in this facility was not very clean and the hand dryer does not work at all, when this was addressed with the lady owner she told me that since customers buy only a $10 sub and she does not care about how does washroom look like "it's not my responsibility " she said, you can only imagine what does the subs looks and tastes. Defianetly do not recomend this location!
Visited here a few days ago with my daughter.The first thing i noticed when i walked in is the place was very clean .Upon getting to the counter was greeted by a nice lady .Looked around at where they made the food ...was very very clean .Had 2 subs made and was on our way.They were delicious!!!!Will be going back here for sure.
This place is clean and great. The service is nice and friendly. I tried the vegan meat ball sub and I found it a little too dry. I think I will probably stick with my regular veggie and cheese.
Quick friendly service. When you need quick lunch, they are the quickest in the plaza. Excellent service, won't hassle you over extra toppings and such.
