Vladimir was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He came by with a colleague to assess an old unit and despite complications was able to install a new one for us. It’s working amazing and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend, 10/10!
We had a sauna installed by Vlad 11 years ago and it has been working well until recently when we finally needed a service. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and how well his sauna still works after so many years!
I had a custom sauna built outside under my deck by Vlad exactly two years ago (2022)Given that it was an outdoor sauna I had some concerns but Vlad built me the best sauna i could have hoped for. He took into consideration everything from extreme temperatures, moisture, potential critters, manual controls over electric controls, absolutely everything. He recommended an incredible heater which would power my sauna even in the dead of winter. Over the past two years i have had a few minor questions, Vlad has answered the phone or called me right back every time and even popped by a couple of times to ensure everything was running properly. I use my sauna in every season and all types of weather and it has stood up to the elements with perfection. Truly a dream sauna. Dont make the mistake of using anyone else. Vlad is the sauna whisperer.
This place is NOT open, it looks like a DUMP! Couches outside, rundown building with terrible signage. Went on a Saturday as Google said it was open, Couches w a Cigarette Butt Jar ? Do NOT waste your time!
