I have been using this company for 4 years for security for our commercial office. They are reliable company and I would recommend the company. However, there is always a room for improvement. The installation initially was not properly done as the alarm is using the main phone line and the line often gets blocked. When I ask to switch the setup to use the secondary phone line, the company charges for the switch regardless of whose mistake this was to begin with. The plan is affordable and the service is Not bad but there is absolutely no flexibility with the setup once it's been done. Also, there was some issue with the notification not getting sent properly for logging entry. When I reported this, they kept avoiding this issue and won't get back to me regarding missing logging entry. So, I have been happy for many years with minor issues but I did not like the way they handle these minor issues.
I had been trying to find a company who would come to my house in Nobleton and configure both an Internet based surveillance system and a VPN, for over one year, before I found New Age Security Systems. Other companies weren't interested because I didn't buy my hardware from them but these guys were awesome. I was turned onto a tech named Mohammad, he wasn't just extremely knowledgeable, he was a pleasure to deal with too. Everyone from Rino at the beginning to Mohammad for the support and then Joe for payment, were fantastic, just an awesome group of people.
