I had my Super SKN facial last week with Alesea, and I had a blast. She was very attentive and explained in detail what my problem areas were during the skin analysis. She walked me through the process before, during, and after the session, which I loved. She also gave me helpful tips on how to better manage my skin and recommended a post-facial routine. Overall, I highly recommend visiting SKN Beauty Centre—not just for their products, but also for their exceptional service.
My experience at SKN Beauty Centre was remarkably disappointing. The facial was so minimal that when the aesthetician said we were finished, I genuinely thought she was kidding. I was stunned by how little had been done. My appointment was scheduled for 1:30pm, and when I checked the time afterward it was only 2:12pm. I was then told the service is typically just 45 minutes which, for a $270 treatment, felt completely unjustifiable. What made it worse was walking out with visible blackheads still on my nose and no meaningful improvement in my skin at all. For the price and the promises made, I expected a thorough, results-driven treatment. Instead, the service felt rushed, superficial, and far below industry standards in my personal experience. I left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and regretting that I ever purchased the package deal. Based on this visit, I would not return and cannot recommend their services.
I had the pleasure of having Alesea do a superficial facial on me, and she was absolutely wonderful! She’s so sweet and gentle, and really takes her time to make sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire process. Alesea is incredibly knowledgeable and explains each step as she goes, which made the experience both relaxing and informative. She did an amazing job, especially with extracting my stubborn blackheads on my nose! I left the clinic feeling rejuvenated and beyond satisfied. I’m already looking forward to my next appointment with her!
Worse experience i had in the location my face get burnt with treatment I know as soon I got the treatment burning my face and next day swallowing was so bad I cant even open my eyes I was suffering with burning swalloing itching for 7 days face was red until this week Wednesday and now skin is burnt, still itching uneven and sensitive i cant put any other product on my face i spend my time go see doctor he gave me medicine spend i money plus face wash and cream i am applying that product i can't use any other product. i visit the location to show my face again throwing blame on person who did my treatment what I feel .when I told i dont want any treatment from you guys i means Jennifer say i will make sure we will help u also say i will make sure i will stay there when using product but not she lied she send me with the new person who gone give me treatment the help my skin but the same time i know that treat they gave is not helping i told the person its burning but they still keep doing treatment this person Jennifer never came to see me or say bye to me I feel they pay attention to making money and not the customer. I am trying to talk to owner I think also owner doesn't care about customer either my face in bad condition . manager Jennifer plus owner don't care i gone take action on then so happen again to anyone

My aesthetician Grace was so kind and helpful with understanding my skin concerns I booked an appointment that wasn’t made for my skin at first but she sat me down and help me understand why and went with the best suitable treatment for my skin and I see results a week later my skin is glowing and my texture is even!
