This was my first time getting a massage here with Angela, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, which made me feel comfortable right away. The massage itself was amazing, so relaxing, and she really knew how to work out the tension in my body, especially in my feet. I left feeling refreshed and completely at ease. Definitely a more unique setting than other RMT offices I have been too, as it seems to be in Joan's house. With this said, Ms. Chan was my RMT, and did a great job, honestly the best RMT I have seen. I have a pretty messed up back and neck from skiing, but now I feel loose and great. I would definitely recommend Heart and Soul.

I'm generally not one to go for massages, but I needed help with a couple of key areas, so I decided to visit Heart and Soul in Vaughan. Joan went above and beyond to focus on my issues and improve my comfort level immediately. She is superb at what she does, knows exactly what needs to be done, and does so with the utmost of professionalism and compassion, while providing valuable advice and just the right amount of conversation (or lack thereof, depending on one's preference). She is warm, caring and very knowledgeable, making you feel relaxed and comfortable, both physically and personally. I highly recommend this wonderful establishment!
