My experience at Rock Valley is definitely a 5+++ experience! I am working with volunteers to create gardens and gravel paths at our place of worship and I came in to Rock Valley and met with Joe. He made my day, he made our project and he left a very pleasant and positive impression in my mind and all the volunteers minds, I told them about my experience. Joe helped me to figure out what we needed, prepared an estimate for me to take back to the team; showed me all the materials and advised me accordingly. We went to Rock Valley to buy a few stones for a backyard water feature. So needless to say, ours was probably one of the smallest purchases of the day. But based on the excellent level of service that we got from Joe and the other staff members, you’d think we were making a six figure purchase. We were really happy with the attention to our specific needs, the advice, the patience, and overall service. Joe gave us some great design and structure advice and helped us select just the right stones for our project and even helped us rough out the design on the spot. It was a great experience visiting Rock Valley Natural Stone. They had good display of pavers from various manufacturers like Unilock, Oaks, Techo Block and others. They had good display of retention walls. They carry a lot of pebbles and their customer service is great. I strongly recommend visiting their place for any of your needs for the stones.
