The first time I ordered from NAB Leather I received the belts in great condition and was pretty sure I was good to go for belts...Unfortunately I left a belt on a cruise ship, so I had to buy another... Doing so, I made a mistake on my order and without any hesitation, NAB Leather helped correct the mistake and made sure I received the offer which was going on... Thanks to the company for being fair and understanding... I do recommend NAB Leather for the quality products they sell
My partner left work early to visit this store and it was closed 25 minutes early. The employee was sitting in the parking lot, watched him try to enter the store, call, and then drove off. An hour later he received a text saying he can receive a faster response by texting back. Absolute nonsense. You can’t text customers as a business, without consent. He will be going elsewhere for his leather craft supplies. Customer service seems to be lacking from recent reviews and his experience.
I have purchased half a dozen belts from them over the years and they're all they say they are. Recently had to buy two more and because they wore out but because of some weight loss. I erred and ordered the wrong size and the return and replace was a PERFECT experience. Easy, fast and complete. HIGHLY recommend!
