I had an amazing experience at this sushi restaurant! The food was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Every dish—from the classic rolls to the chef’s specials—was outstanding. What truly made the visit exceptional, though, was our server TRAM. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful throughout the meal. She offered great recommendations, checked in at just the right moments, and made us feel really welcome. Overall, a fantastic dining experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone who loves great sushi and top-notch service!
Took my daughter to try sushi for the first time and im so glade it was here this was my first time here and it was amazing from presentation to taste. New Fav Spot
I got their Kaizen roll and oh my god the fishes were fresh and the portion was huge. Every bite tasted heavenly. This place is such a hidden gem and more people need to know about it. The owners were really sweet and attentive. 10/10 will comeback on a weekly basis
It was so excellent and this’s one of sushi places that you guys can try. I had 2 bento boxes and sushi combo with my friend. Salmon which is in bento so juicy and sashimi also fresh, great cuts! Calm music, chill vibe. Staff friendly, take care us well whose name is Jessica. Highly recommended I’ll definitely be back
I had the bento box with beef bulogi. This included California roll which was excellent. The beef was a bit tough and not as tasty as others I have had. Was also a little disappointed by the accompanying sweet potato and pumpkin tempura because it was soggy and not as light as it should have been.
November 14 2025: We returned to Ikigai as the fourth or fifth visit today. The food was fresh and delicious. The service was friendly. We had Ikigai Fusion Rolls, teriyaki salmon bento, mango salad and two cups of Japanese green tea. We will come back again. July 2024: After reading excellent reviews about Ikigai, my wife and I went there for lunch today. We'll come back again. As some reviewers said: its atmosphere was "cozy and warm cafe style", the staff was "hospitable" and "very friendly", the food was "fresh," the presentation was impressive! My wife had sushi and I had salmom bento box. Excellent food quailty and service! The Japanese green tea was superb!
