Dimitra, our representative, does everything she can to take care of any needs we have and always goes above and beyond. Her response times are always so quick and you can tell she truly cares about her clients. I would like to report an uncomfortable experience I had with a representative claiming to be from Telus. She approached me in a supermarket and tried to convince me to switch my mobile plan, even though I am currently a Freedom Mobile customer. When I politely declined, she continued pressuring me and requested to see my phone, my Freedom app, and even my transaction history. I felt this was highly inappropriate and intrusive.
I have been a customer for years. Every time I need to renew my contracts, Eli has been my go-to-guy. Since our first interaction, he has always left me very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He has always taken the time to answer all my questions even when it is after my purchase. He is always kind and patient and always goes above and beyond to make sure the experience is positive and that I have a true understanding of what's happening. Went to WSS to figure out how to connect my mobile workforce and they recommended the TELUS Business Connect Solution for my team. There were some growing pains like there typically are when implementing a new system but their IT department was there for me every step of the way and made this process a lot easier than we expected. We now have people working from home, people working from offices and people working on the road but we all still feel connected thanks to WSS. Thanks again everyone!
