They make sure customers indeed selected the right parts by asking to confirm the make model and pictures etc to avoid any misfit problems. Delivery was prompt within GTA.
We took our 2017 QN55 in for repairs after experiencing a sudden issue with the image doubling. Noel explained that there would be a $50 charge for the diagnostic service, which involved taking apart the TV to determine if it was repairable. Unfortunately, while removing the back panel to find the model number, he broke one of the clips. It turned out that the issue was not with the one-connect box or board; rather, the panel itself needed to be replaced, which would cost more than the TV's value. They were quick to switch into a sales pitch, but at the time did not have the size were looking for. On the units we saw, the scratches and imperfections were more than what we were willing to accept.
This business is wonderful. My TV’s picture stopped working and I needed a TV ASAP. I was not expecting such a great TV with amazing service from all the staff. I would highly recommend this business for all your TV need’s especially when you need one quickly at a very reasonable price. Great place

True to their word! Bought a tv which ended up with a flaw, a replacement was not immediately available. They kept in touch, kept giving updates, found me another well past the warranty period. Even extended the warranty to cover the replacement. Service like this is no longer common. Well worth it, and well recommended.
just terrible customer service. called to ask for a quote... was told "my guy who does that is on vacation... bye." and was hung up on. i wouldn't trust a business who cant even take an inquiry properly.
I recently bought a 50in Samsung MU6300 TV. The place and dealing is very legit. I got the open box TV and it was also mentioned on the invoice and they give 6 months warranty. They are transparent in the dealing and also accepts Credit Card payments. Lets see how the TV goes.
