Very friendly and courtesy service.. Archie was very polite. Pleasant and always smiling food was fresh and made exactly the way I wanted.. highly recommend visiting this location. You will not be disappointed
Terrible service even though my order is already ready and there is no one else but a customer who just arrived who decides to serve it and leaves my order aside. I don't know how they have such incompetent people serving here. It took me more than half an hour to wait for my order to be picked up.
Simran gave us great customer service and was very patient even after multiple requests around closure time. Restaurant was clean. We'll keep coming back.
Terrible location.. first my son went in and the lady said that they are closing even there was still 10 minutes before closing. So i went in and the employee was too busy on the phone and said we are closing but I told her that there was still time and she made every excuse not to serve me as I already cleaned up. So I said its ok I’ll just contact head office and thats when she said ok what would you like. Seriously it only takes a few minutes to make the street tacos. She made them but my son wanted some cheese on it and she said we don’t substitute, then she gave smaller portions and didn't but sauces on them and missed the salsa. For sure won’t be going back to this location and they really need to train their staff to have better customer service to their customers.
Worse worse customer service. The lady serving food is extremely rude and full of attitude. She is in a wrong industry. But owner should do something about her.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Order was completely wrong, called in to mention that. Lady behind the phone was adamant that she was right and I was wrong and hung up the phone. Horrible customer service from that person - should be trained or removed. Hung up the second time when I requested to speak with manager.
The food was fresh, tasty, hygienic, and reasonable pricing with the large portion. The service was good, and the staffs were friendly. I enjoyed every bit of the meal. I will visit again with my family.
