No value. I paid $50 for 2 shrimp and chicken Pad Thai and 2 Spring Rolls. I love Thai food, and the food at this location is pretty good, but for over $50 I definitely expect more than mostly noodles and very little protein, and when did their TOFU get minced? Furthermore, since removing the self serve topping (peanuts, sriracha lime and hoisin) area they've become extremely cheap with them. No peanuts and they only give one small squeeze pack of the sauces. The best part is, they'll ask if you need napkins or cutlery, as if you eat with your hands. At their price point, these extras should be available in abundance. Not sure about others but this stuff is pretty evident to me.
I have another Thai Express closer to my house, but I come to this one because the service, food and restaurant are amazing. the staff is so kind and they make the food delicious with amazing portion sizes. The restaurant is also very clean and I've seen staff clean thoroughly often.
I’m not from around here, but the costumer’s service was awesome! & the Thai soup that I got was sooo good, will definitely be coming back to this location, whenever I’m ever I’m in town!
I had some guests from the states coming so I decided to take them to Pai. I had never actually dined in the restaurant but have had take out from Pai and it was amazing. This review is based on my experience in the restaurant. I was able to get a reservation for 4 on Open Table 2-3 days in advance for Saturday night. Definitely made the right call since there was a huuuge line when we got to the restaurant, and as we were leaving at around 7:30, the line extended to almost around the corner of Duncan and Adelaide. We started off with the papaya salad, tom yum soup, and Pai sangria. At first, I said that I didn't like salads and probably would not eat much of the salad. My friends ordered it anyway, and I ended up having a lot of the papaya salad. It was soooo good. It came in a platter and we were advised that it can be eaten all mixed or like nachos. We ended up eating them like nachos and it was fantastic. I loved their tom yum soup, it may even be the best I've ever had. The tom yum soup was so flavorful, not like the watered downed stuff you see at other Thai restaurants. We shared four mains--Pad Thai with Shrimp, Hunglay Oxtail, Khao Soi with chicken drumsticks, and Gaeng Penang with beef. They were all amazing and extremely flavorful but I think my favorite was the Khao Soi and Hunglay Oxtail. The Hunglay Oxtail was not spicy and is a good option for those who can't handle spice. Overall, our experience at Pai was amazing, the service is a little slow, but it's understandable since the restaurant is crazy busy all the time. Great choice for impressing your guests as well as your taste buds
Food was good . Except they screwed up on my order .I asked if they can deliver it and they said they don't deliver. They said they will honor extra dishes at no charge. Let's c if they keep 2 there word .they could of uber food 2 my house .
My go to cheat food to buy on Fridays. I always buy the Basil Fried Rice OR the Cashew Pad Thai. So yummy. The prices are pretty reasonable. A lot of food in such a cute tiny box.
I was quite impressed with the supportive staff. Despite being a vegetarian, I visited again. Its good to highlight if you are vegetarian and they respect that.
