Unreliable. Booked an appointment on their website. Received an email confirming the appointment. Did not show up during the scheduled window. When contacted they stated that they do not book late appointments. This is despite their website indicating otherwise in the booking form and me receiving an email confirming the booking. Would not recommend relying on this service as they were unreliable and untruthful in my interaction with them.
This is the genuine review. Please do not visit this store if you want your car well repaired. Worst service, rude attitude from the owner, I visited to this store on Friday the 14th of June 2024 to get my Toyota Camry flat tire repair. The tire was repaired but they damaged the wheel stud and 3 bolts for the tire. Instead of replacing it the owner kept shouting at me like I was his servant and argued saying that it was already like that which did not make sense at all as I drove with fine studs and bolts. He charged me $50 for one repair and refused replacing the stud. I will never visit this store again.
Service was on time and quick however they overcharged on the repair and only to find out 3 months later that the repair wasn't done properly and the tire needs replacing. Could have used the repair money to replace the tire.
Service was quick and pleasant. I arrived for a rim repair on my 19" Audi OEM rim with what I thought was 1 pothole dent. Turns out there was 2 of them. They repaired as had it back to me in less than 48hrs. And the price was super fair. I'll definitely visit again should I need this again.
